3. Our contract with you

3.1. This agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings between the parties.

a. When attaching/detaching the kkdu plum trailer to/from your bike, ensure your bicycle is secured sufficiently to prevent it from falling over. Failure to do so could result in severe injury or death. The front wheel of the kkdu plum trailer should always be lifted off the ground when cycling and should be placed in a position that allows free movement away from the rear bicycle wheel, by adjusting the handle into a suitable position. The handle lever should be tightened firmly to prevent any movement between the stainless steel teeth of the adjusting mechanism. Always cycle slowly and on smooth roads. Adhere to road and cycle rules at all times. The use of a kkdu plum trailer off-road has not been tested and is not recommended.

b. Secure the handle into the hitch securely and lock the hitch lever at all times during use. The timber base should always be in a position parallel to the ground when cycling. Before detaching the kkdu plum bike trailer from your bike, ensure the front wheel is dropped into a weight-bearing position, and secured correctly. When using it as a trolley, always maintain a secure grip to prevent it rolling away on uneven/sloped ground.

c. The use of the kkdu plum, both attached to your bike as a trailer, or whilst being used in any other way, is at your own risk. By purchasing a kkdu plum, you indemnify KKDU PLUM Pty Ltd, its subsidiaries, related entities, officers and employees against any and all loss, damage, demand, cost or expense claimed by a third party as a result of or in connection with your use of or conduct on this website, or through the use of any products sold on this website.
